Carbon content rate in constructive species of main forest types in northern China

Results are presented of a study on the levels of carbon content on the tissues of 8 arbor species (Quercus liaotungensis, Betula platyphylla, Populus davidiana, Tilia mongolica, Pinus tabulaeformis, Platycladus orientalis, Larix principis-rupprechtii and Picea koraiensis and 10 shrubs (Corylus heterophylla, Ostryopsis davidiana, Lespedeza bicolor, Spiraea pubescens, Rosa xanthina, Syringa oblata, Elaeagnus umbellata, Lonicera maackii, Acer ginnala and Hippophae rhamnoides) in conifer and broadleaf stands in northern China.
