Characterization and haemolysin production of coagulase positive Staphylococci isolated from cattle and pigs

A total of 215 samples (n=151 from cattle, n=64 from pigs) were collected from wounds, abscesses, milk, and nasal and vaginal swabs for the isolation and characterization of Staphylococcus. The 164 isolated strains (76.3%) were tested biochemically and in culture.
