To observe the efficacy and safety of co-artemether and one of its components benflumetol (two formulations) in the treatment of patients with falciparum malaria. Using double-blind, randomization and comparative methods, all patients were hospitalized and observed for 28 days after treatment. Of 150 patients, 51 were treated with co-artemether (group A), 50 were treated with benflumetol tablets (group B), and 49 were treated with benflumetol capsules (group C).
