Ninety-six Triticum aestivum genotypes (38 local and introduced lines, 12 lines from ACSAD and 46 lines from ICARDA) were studied using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (A-PAGE). Gliadins composition was used for the identification and classification of the genotypes. Results showed that omega -gliadins were the most variable among all other gliadins classes viz., alpha -, beta - and gamma -gliadins.
