In this study, 14 strains of dermatophytes were tested three times on different days against five antifungal drugs, i.e., clotrimazole (CTZ), itraconazole (ITZ), ravuconazole (RVZ), terbinafine (TF), and voriconazole (VCZ), using both hyphal and conidial inocula. Drug dilutions were prepared by reference methods, with final concentrations of 0.01-16 micro g/ml for all drugs. Tests were performed using a broth microdilution method.
