Comparison of systems for the production of tomato seedlings facing the whitefly-geminivirus complex

Comparison of systems for the production of tomato seedlings facing the whitefly-geminivirus complex

Manejo Integrado de Plagas 63: 64-70

The influence of different agricultural management systems on the production of tomato seedlings to "naked root" was evaluated in Quivican, Cuba The systems of management were agroecological, transitional and conventional. Soil organic amendments, biological control, barrier crops (maize), and organic fertilizers were used in the agroecological system. In the transitional system, partial barriers, 50% organic fertilizer application complemented with synthetic fertilizers were used.
