There is an increasing concern for food safety and demand for safe products. The purposes of this study were to measure the rates of awareness of food risks and willingness to pay (WTP) for integrated pest management (IPM) products; and to investigate the socio-economic characteristics which influence the consumers in purchasing IPM products. A sample of 200 IPM and non-IPM consumers was interviewed using a structural questionnaire.
