Key points raised during a forum on Food allergens, and dietary fat intake and cardiovascular diseases, held in Pecs (Hungary) on 29 October 2002, are outlined. The forum was organized by the Hungarian Food Industry Scientific Association (Magyar Elelmezesipari Tudomanyos Egyesulet, METE), the FLAIR-FLOW project, and the Hungarian Dairy Farming Research Institute Kft.
