An experiment was conducted to investigate the use of cystatin capture dot ELISA (CC-dot ELISA) for the immunodiagnosis of trichinellosis in both and light and heavy experimental infections. The study was also carried out to assess cure after flubendazole therapy through detection of anti-T. spiralis Cyp-IgG in comparison to conventional ELISA, which detects anti-T. spiralis IgG. 165 Swiss albino mice were used in the study.
