The design of a new measuring system of dynamic balancing instrument for agricultural rotating machineries by virtual instrument technology is presented. The new development on the dynamic balancing instrument design and the dynamic balancing method are introduced. To solve the problems of re-adjusting on the spot, modulating design and database management etc., the key technology for hardware and software designs are illustrated.
