Residues of oxytetracycline (OTC), chloramphenicol (CAP) and zinc bacitracin (ZnB), which are used for therapy and prophylaxis, and to increase productivity, in animal tissues (muscle, liver, kidney, spleen) were determined. The applicability of the Three Plate Test and Disc Diffusion Test for this purpose were compared.
