Considering the multiple advantages of dried forms of ginger and based on the meteorological data available for the region for the past several years, an attempt was made to dry ginger in solar cabinet drier so that a part of the huge amount of surplus ginger can be saved from postharvest losses and thus farmers can be benefited.
