A study was conducted to investigate the relationship between the endogenous hormones, namely auxin (IAA), abscisic acid (ABA), cytokinin (ZR , and gibberellin 4 (GA4) and rooting of 3 clones of 7-year-old larch hybrid (Larix olgensis x Larix kaempferi) cuttings. Results showed that clone No.3 obtained the highest rooting ability and that its ABA concentration within the highest rooting rate was lower than the two clones.
