A bioeconomic model simulating a beef integrated enterprise has been developed to derive economic values for beef production traits. Traits considered were postweaning average daily gain (ADG), live fleshiness scores (FLESH) that reflect slaughter value of the fattened animals, calving ease (CE) and calving interval (FERT).
