Effect of acetochlor and ready mix of anilofos+ethoxysulfuron on divergent weed flora in transplanted rice

Effect of acetochlor and ready mix of anilofos+ethoxysulfuron on divergent weed flora in transplanted rice

Indian Journal of Weed Science 34(1/2): 28-31

A field experiment was conducted during the kharif season of 1999 and 2000 in Karnal, Haryana, India. Echinochloa colonum E. crus-galli, Lindernia sp., Ludwigia sp. and Eclipta alba were the dominant weeds. Out of 18 weed control treatments, acetachlor at 150 g/ha applied 3 and 8 DAT and ready mixture of anilofos+ethoxysulfuron at 780 g/ha provided effective control of weeds and were at par with butachlor at 1500 g/ha applied 3 DAT.
