A study was conducted during February to April 1998 to investigate the effect of air temperature and humidity on microsporophyll dehiscence and pollen release of Pinus roxburghii in Garhwal Himalaya (Uttar Pradesh), India. The maximum anthesis was observed between 1000 to 1200, and pollen release varied from 0600 to 1800 with its peak between 1200 to 1400.
