Effect of different fresh keeping substances on freshness and nutrient quality of cabbage mustard

Journal of South China Agricultural University 22(3): 53-55

Cabbage mustard (Brassica alboglabra) was treated with different keeping substances and stored at 2 degrees C. The results showed that the fresh keeping substances improved the keeping quality of cabbage mustard.
