Effect of different length of maternal branch pruned on development of grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon

Effect of different length of maternal branch pruned on development of grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon

Journal of Hebei Vocation Technical Teachers College 17(1): 1-7, 19

The effect of different length of maternal branch pruned on the development of grape Cabernet Sauvignon was investigated during 1999-2001 to determine the theoretical basis for pruning the maternal branch of this cultivar. The result showed that in the first year, the maternal branch cultured in high density was needed to be longer.
