A field experiment was conducted in Maharashtra, India, from 1988-89 to 1992-93, to determine the response of turmeric Krishna to N:P:K at 0:0:0, 120:60:60, 160:80:80, 200:100:100 and 240:120:120 kg/ha and different levels of N split application: 1 application at 6 weeks after planting (WAP); 2 splits at 6 and 12 WAP; 3 at 6, 12 and 18 WAP; and 4 at 6, 12, 18 and 24 WAP.
