Experiments were conducted during 1993-96 at the Zonal Agricultural Research Station, Ganeshkhind, Pune-7, Maharashtra, India. Raisins were prepared from GA (gibberelic acid) treated Thompson Seedless grapes dehydrated at 50+or-2 degrees C in a mechanical tray drier, according to 6 methods: golden bleach (M1), soda dip (M2), dipping oil (M3), dipping oil with sulfur fumigation (M4), Australian mix-dip (M5), and Australian cold-dip (M6).
