Effect of different post-harvest treatments and storage conditions on the fruit quality of Kinnow

Kinnow (Citrus nobilis x Citrus deliciosa) fruits were given a postharvest dip in 0.1% Bavistin solution for 5 min, and varying number of fruits were packed in low density polyethylene (LDPE) bags of 150 gauge thickness. The fruits were stored under ambient, evaporative cool chamber and cold storage conditions to compare the efficacy of different treatments and storage conditions in retaining fruit quality during prolonged storage.
