The objective of this study was to investigate the effect of reversed micelles (RMs) with different surfactants (lecithin, polyglycerol-3-oleate (PGO), methylglucose dioleate (MGO)) on the autooxidation and photooxidation of stripped maize oil, as well as their influence on the activity of antioxidants.
