Thirteen advanced generation cauliflower lines and 2 control cultivars were evaluated for yield and quality under different transplanting dates (5 and 20 October, and 5 November 1995), in an experiment in India. All the characters of cauliflower viz., days to marketable maturity, curd solidity, gross weight and net curd weight were significantly influenced by genotypes as well as transplanting dates.
