Effect of doses of spinosad mixed with mineral oil to control citrus leafminer

This assay was carried out with orange Pera to evaluate the effectiveness of spinosad (Tracer) to control the citrus leafminer, Phyllocnistis citrella, compared with abamectin (Vertimec 18CE) and lufenuron (Match). Spinosad was tested in four doses: 7.5, 10.0, 12.5, and 15.0 ml of commercial product/100 litre of water. The other treatments were abamectin and lufenuron at doses of 30.0 and 75 ml c.p./100 litre, respectively, and only water (control).
