This study was undertaken to determine the effect of a constant level of DL-methionine and different levels of L-lysine infused to the duodenum on milk production and composition in ewes at midlactation. The investigations were conducted in a Latin square design (5x5) on 5 ewes of the synthetic milking line 05 with duodenal cannulas.
