The objective of the study is to determine the effects of exogenous enzymes (Phyzyme (P; phytase 5000 PPU/g), Grindazym (G; endo 1,4 beta-xylanase 12 000 FXU/g, endo 1,4 beta-glucanase 5000 BGU/g), and a multi-enzyme mixture which contains predominantly cellulase) on the performance of broilers fed on diet based on rice byproducts. Birds fed on enzyme-containing diets (G, G+P and P) grew faster and converted feed more efficiently than the control group.
