The aim of the study was to determine the effect of thermally-processed rapeseeds in concentrate mixtures for fattening lambs on the carcass dressing percentage, weight of main cuts, carcass composition and fat thickness above loin and ribs. Additionally, total cholesterol content and fatty acid profile of meat were determined. The experiment was carried out on 40 lambs (initial body weight 23-24 kg), divided randomly into 4 groups.
