The study was conducted in a piggery unit at Livestock Research Station, Kattupakkam, India, to find out the effect of feeding systems on feeding behaviour and performance of finishing pigs. 24 Large White Yorkshire pigs were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups consisting of 8 animals each and were fed with dry mash, wet mash, and pellet feed. All the feeding behaviour showed a highly significant (P<0.01) difference between groups except the number of meals per day.
