Effect of foliar nutrition of copper on growth and yield of guava (Psidium gujava L.) cv. Allahabad Safeda

Two foliar sprays of copper at 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4% were applied as copper sulfate to guava (cv. Allahabad Safeda) trees in Uttar Pradesh, India, during February and July (rainy and winter seasons, respectively). Copper at 0.4% increased terminal shoot length, number of leaves, leaf area, number of flower buds, fruit set, fruit retention, and yield per tree.
