The objective of the study is to evaluate effects of frequency and interval of semen collection in stallions during the breeding season in order to investigate its influence on sperm vitality and fertility. Results shows that quantitative (seminal volume and sperm concentration) and qualitative (sperm longevity) composition of stallion semen is influenced by the number of mounts needed per phantom ejaculate.
