This study was conducted to determine the effect of intensive and restricted feeding of sows during the dry period on changes in body weight, fatness, and reproductive performance. The experiment began with the mating of 40 primiparous sows (Polish Landrace x Polish Large White) and concluded on day 10 after weaning the 3rd litter. The sows were fed individually with feed mixtures for pregnant sows (LP) and lactating sows (LK).
