Postharvest mulberry (Morus alba) fruits were stored at 2+or-1 degrees C in a sealed polyethylene bag. The effect of modified atmosphere (MA) storage on cell wall component and cell wall hydrolase activity of mulberry fruits were investigated. The respiration rate and ethylene content were inhibited by MA storage.
