A study was conducted in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India, during 1993-94 to determine the effect of nitrogen and phosphorus on marigold (Tagetes erecta African Yellow) flower production. Treatments comprised: four nitrogen rates (0, 10, 20 and 30 g/m2) and three phosphorus rates (0, 10 and 20 g/m2). Healthy, well-rooted cuttings of African Yellow were used as planting materials.
