The effect of exogenous application of plant growth hormones on the yield of gray oyster mushroom Pleurotus sajor-caju was studied. Indoleacetic acid (IAA), gibberellic acid (GA3) and kinetin at 50 and 100 ppm concentrations were sprayed individually, when mycelium fully covered the substrate. IAA and GA3 at 50 ppm concentrations increased the yield up to 46.8 and 37.8 per cent, respectively over the control.
