Effects of fertiliser treatments on growth of Dyera costulata stock plants and rooting ability of their stem cuttings

Application of NPK (12N:12P2O5:17K2O:2MgO+trace elements) significantly improved the height and diameter growth of potted Dyera costulata stock plants compared with those without fertilizer. Cuttings taken from non-fertilized stock plants and plants treated with 1 g fertilizer did not differ significantly in rooting but their rooting percentages were significantly higher than those from stock plants receiving 5 g fertilizer.
