The effect of foliar spray of calcium with some adjuvants sprayed directly to pear Niitaka was investigated. The calcium content in young fruits was increased by foliar spray of calcium with adjuvants before packaging, but this result was not different from the other treatments. The calcium contents of shoot leaf and fruit peel were highest in the treatment CaCl2 + phytic acid treated fruits; this was highest in fruit flesh and stalk under the treatment with CaCl2 + amino acids.
