The effects of nuclear polyhedrosis virus (NPV, Heliokill 250 and 500 LE/ha) at and neem product (Nimbitor at 0.5%), applied individually, in combination or in sequences on the control of H. armigera infesting chickpea Vishal were investigated in the rabi season of 1999-2000 in Maharashtra, India. The treatments were sprayed thrice starting when 1 larva/plant was observed, and then at 15-day intervals.
