Three application methods were evaluated with Trichoderma harzianum for the control of Macrophomina phaseolina on sesame in Venezuela during 1993-95. A concentration of 1 x 1010 ufc/ml was used with the following treatments: treatment of seed with spores of T. harzianum; application of spores as clay granules; rice grains colonized by T. harzianum; and untreated seed.
