Experimental research on cooling effect of natural ventilation in a Venlo-type multi-span greenhouse

The cooling effect of natural ventilation with shading, roof sprinkling in a Venlo-type multi-span greenhouse in Henan Province, China was studied during July 2001. Results showed that the air temperature inside the greenhouse was lower than the outside temperature when the natural ventilation cooling systems and the distribution of air temperature and relative humidity in the greenhouse were uniformed.
