Genetic and non-genetic factors affecting reproductive performance of Beetal, Black Bengal and their reciprocal crosses

The present study was conducted to examine the effect of genetic and non-genetic factors in Beetal Black Bengal and their reciprocal crosses Analysis of variance revealed the significant effect of genetic group and year of first service and kidding whereas significant genetic group effect was observed in litter size and weight at birth and weaning. Season affected litter size at birth significantly.
