Ileal digestible methionine, threonine and tryptophan requirement of early weaned piglets

Ileal digestible methionine, threonine and tryptophan requirement of early weaned piglets

Acta Zoonutrimenta Sinica 13(3): 30-39

In three experiments, 84, 60, and 60 three-way crossbred (Duroc x (Landrace x Yorkshire)) early-weaned piglets of 14 days old and 3.6-3.8 kg body weight were used to study the effects of different levels of dietary methionine, threonine, and tryptophan on performance and serum urea nitrogen (SUN) concentration.
