The immuno-gold localization of the recognition protein in the stylar passage cell of shatinyu pummelo (Citrus grandis var. shatinyu) after 1-3 days of self pollination was examined. The gold grains were located in the endoplasmic reticulum, golgi apparatus and cell wall.
