Integrated nutrient management in potato-vegetables crop sequence under rainfed hilly condition of Meghalaya

The fertilizer requirements of potato-based sequential cropping systems viz., potato-radish and potato-cabbage were determined in a field experiment conducted in Shillong, Meghalaya, India during 1999-2000. The treatments comprised application of the full recommended NPK rate for potato and 125, 100, 75, 50, 25 or 0% or the recommended NPK rate for radish and cabbage. Plant stand of potato was not significantly influenced by the fertilizer treatments.
