These proceedings contain 33 papers discussing the global and regional inventories of emission and production of mercury. The atmospheric mercury near a chlor-alkali plant in Sweden, springtime depletion of mercury in the European Arctic as observed at Svalbard, distribution of total particulate mercury in Northern Europe, and total gaseous mercury in the atmosphere of Guiyang, China are also discussed.
