This study evaluates the performance of a computational model (support system to agricultural decision: crop and water resource management; SISDA 2.0) in the management of common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) irrigation using Class A pan to estimate reference evapotranspiration and crop coefficients under conventional tillage and no-tillage conditions in Goias State, Brazil. The values of soil water estimated by SISDA 2.0 showed a highly significant correlation and high agreement with the measured values, providing performance indexes varying between good and very good. This indicates that this model and the crop coefficients used are adequate to common bean irrigation management. However, adjustments in the values of crop coefficients for irrigation frequency and percentage of soil covered by mulch are necessary to improve the performance of the model.
