STAT3 expression in canine mammary gland tumours and mammary gland hyperplasia

STAT3 expression in canine mammary gland tumours and mammary gland hyperplasia

European Journal of Veterinary Pathology 7(3): 117-122

The objective of this study was to detect by immunohistochemical means, STAT3 (Signal Transducers and Activators of Transcription 3) expression in 66 canine mammary tumours and seven canine mammary gland hyperplasia surgically resected. Moderate to intense STAT3 protein labelling was detected in all epithelial neoplastic cells in canine mammary tumour (CMT).
