Simple assay for antitumour immunoactive glycoprotein derived from Chlorella vulgaris strain CK22 using ELISA

Simple assay for antitumour immunoactive glycoprotein derived from Chlorella vulgaris strain CK22 using ELISA

PhytoTherapy Research 16(6): 581-585

A quantitative ELISA system was developed using a monoclonal antibody (MAb) specific for an antitumour immunoactive glycoprotein (CVS) derived from C. vulgaris strain CK22. The full measuring range of the assay extends from 0.63 to 10.0 ng CVS/ml.
