Sterilized or unsterilized ramie was inoculated with T85-260 at 2%, then fermented at 35 degrees C and oscillated at 1000 rpm. 5 ml of degumming liquid was sampled from the sterilized or unsterilized ramie degumming treatment at 0, 2, 4, 6 or 8 h after inoculation and subjected to SDS-PAGE analysis.
