A saw-toothed seed accelerating disc and the disc case were redesigned and the necessity of the second brush on a seed feeding roll was tested to improve the form of hill-seeded spot, one of the sowing accuracy of shooting hill-seeder of rice combined with a paddy harrow. It proved to be important to minimize spatial range of seeds dropped from a seed feeding roll and seed rebound rate from a saw-toothed seed accelerating disc to decrease the size of a hill-seeded spot.
