The highly effective ramie (Boehmeria nivea) degumming strain T85-260 of Erwinia sp. were inoculated onto 5 media, including BM (broth medium), PM (pectin medium), GMM (glucose mannan medium), GM (glucose medium) and MM (mannose medium), and then cultured at 35 degrees C.
